Tandoori

Chicken
500 grams of chicken, then you may fillet and trim it
1 cup of plain yogurt
2 cm of ginger
1 clove of garlic, grind
1 spoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of chili
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of lemon juice

1. First step in

oil, lemon juice, salt, chili and sugar on the large bowl. Don’t forget to add yoghurt
into the mixture. Leave them for 5 minutes.
2. Make 2 slits on
the top of every chicken. It is aimed to make the seasoning mixture is well
absorbed by the chicken.
3. Add chicken to
the yogurt mixture for about 180 minutes in the refrigerator.
4. Then oven them in
the 220°C. Take
the chicken and roast it on the oven for 30 minutes.
5. After the chicken
is ready, you can serve them on the plate. Enjoy it together with rice and lemon
