Tandoori Chicken Recipe: India Culinary



Tandoori chicken recipe is the other delicious recipe that I suggest you to try. This is Indian culinary and now it has been well known all over the world. In simple, tandoori chicken can be described as roasted chicken cooked with yogurt, seasoning, and it is served with rice, and fresh lemon. All of the ingredients are easy to be gotten in favorite supermarkets. Besides that, the steps are also much simple. Make sure you have prepared all of the ingredients, and look at these steps to practice it by yourself.
Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori Chicken RecipeIngredients:
500 grams of chicken, then you may fillet and trim it
1 cup of plain yogurt
2 cm of ginger
1 clove of garlic, grind
1 spoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of chili
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Complement:
Steamed rice
Lemon wedges

Steps:
1.   First step in practicing Tandoori chicken recipe, you may make a combination, between garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, chili and sugar on the large bowl. Don’t forget to add yoghurt into the mixture. Leave them for 5 minutes.
2.  Make 2 slits on the top of every chicken. It is aimed to make the seasoning mixture is well absorbed by the chicken.
3.     Add chicken to the yogurt mixture for about 180 minutes in the refrigerator.
4.     Then oven them in the 220°C. Take the chicken and roast it on the oven for 30 minutes.

5.     After the chicken is ready, you can serve them on the plate. Enjoy it together with rice and lemon wedges. It is much easy to create tandoori chicken recipe, right?
