Simple Recipe of Tamales

Here, I will provide you the recipe of basic tamale which uses beef or pork meat as the main ingredients. Beef Tamale

Ingredients:

250 grams of boneless beef meat, cut in cubes.
3 onions chopped
8 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoon salt corn, dried corn / maize
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 pc paprika
2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of sugar
10 dried corn husks (soak in the warm water during 30 minutes)
50 grams butter
1 egg, chilly

Steps:
1.     The earliest steps you need to do if you want to practice the recipe of tamales are preparing corn husks that will be used to cover tamale. Soak all of the corn husks under the warm water for about 30 minutes to make them soft.
2.    In the other place, you can create dough. Use a big bowl to mix maze, salt and baking powder. Then pour the broth to the mixture. Stir them well until the dough comes to the spongy texture.
3.      After preparing the dough, you may also prepare the filling. Place meat on the bowl and add with pepper, salt, onion, and garlic. Mix them and cook until the beef meat is quite tender. For about 2 hours. The color will change into brown. When the step is done, place the beef roast on the plate to make it cool.
4.      Make the sauce by blending chili, cumin, onion, garlic, salt and sugar. Cook them by adding it to the boiling water for only 20 minutes.
5.      After the sauce is ready, add the beef meat and refrigerate them for about 10 minute until they are ready
6.   Then, place corn husks on the plate pour some spoon of maze dough and make a spoon of beef meat with chili sauce. Make it into thin layer of maze.
7.      Fold the corn husks and punch it to close.
8.      Placed the tamales on the steamer and steam them in 2 hours
9.   After 2 hours soft and firm tamale is done. You can serve them in the plate together with remaining beef meat filling. Now, the recipe of tamales has been cooked and ready to be served.
