1. The first step that you should do in cooking this traditional Belgian culinary is preparing the mussels. Rinse them by using cold water and leave them for about 2 hours. Make sure that you remove the dead mussels.
2. In the other place, you may prepare a large pan. Pour the white wine, and add with chopped shallots, thyme leaves, and garlic. Mix them well. The, you may heat them and cook until the heat comes into medium.

8 hot red bird’s eye chilies’
4 tablespoon of ginger, chopped finely

1 tablespoon of sugar

Steps:
1. The first step of how to cook Indonesian beef rendang is making the seasoning. In this step, you may blend all the seasoning ingredients. 
2. Then, pour the vegetable oil into a frying pan. Heat it and fry the paste of seasoning until you get the delicious fragrant. When the paste becomes lightly brown, you may add the lemongrass, kaffir lime leafs, and cinnamon stick. When they are finely fragrant, you can add the water part by part.

ready. In order to avoid it becomes dry, you may add 20 ml of water. Lower the heat until the rendang becomes dark and rich thickness.
6. Serve the beef meat rendang on the plate together with kerisik that has been cooked by frying the grated coconut. You may also add the lime and cucumber salad as the complement.

Kebuli rice can be simply described as steamed rice that is served with various kind of side dishes. It is almost the same with Biryani rice which is popular in India, Thailand, or Malaysia.   2. Then, you can add the goat meat that has been cut in cube 1x1 cm². Add care powder. Keep stir until they are mixed perfectly.
  3. After the mixture is done, put in the rice and repeat to stir.

Ingredients:
1 pc of red pepper
1 pc of carrot, cut in dice
50 grams of sweet corn
2 pc of yellow egg
1300 ml of chicken broth
50 ml of thickened cream
50 grams of chicken meat
3 teaspoons of wheat

Seasoning Ingredients:
1 clove of bombay garlic, slice thinly
3 teaspoons of tomato sauce
4 spoons of tomato pasta
½ teaspoon of sugar
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of pepper
2 spoon of butter
1 teaspoon of oregano

Steps:
  1. Boil for about 1500 ml of water and put the chicken meat until it is ready to be cut in square.  Take the broth for 1300 ml.
  2. After that, stir-fry the Bombay onion until fragrant. Add the wheat in to the frying pan and stir it until the grain appears.
  3. Pour the chicken broth while stirring it well. Put the other ingredients including tomato pasta, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix them and wait until the water boils.
  4. When it is boiling, you can add the other main ingredients such as meat, carrot, sweet corn, and red pepper. Cook them well.
  5. Before turning off the fire, you can add the oregano and cream. Wait for 5 minutes, and the fire can be turned off.
  6. Prepare a bowl and pour zuppa de tomato together with its filling, and the food is ready to be served.

Simple Recipe of Tamales

Ingredients:

250 grams of boneless beef meat, cut in cubes.
3 onions chopped
8 cloves of garlic
2 teaspoon salt corn, dried corn / maize
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 pc paprika
2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of sugar
10 dried corn husks (soak in the warm water during 30 minutes)
50 grams butter
1 egg, chilly

Steps:
1.     The earliest steps you need to do if you want to practice the recipe of tamales are preparing corn husks that will be used to cover tamale. Soak all of the corn husks under the warm water for about 30 minutes to make them soft.
2.    In the other place, you can create dough. Use a big bowl to mix maze, salt and baking powder. Then pour the broth to the mixture. Stir them well until the dough comes to the spongy texture.
3.      After preparing the dough, you may also prepare the filling. Place meat on the bowl and add with pepper, salt, onion, and garlic. Mix them and cook until the beef meat is quite tender. For about 2 hours. The color will change into brown. When the step is done, place the beef roast on the plate to make it cool.
4.      Make the sauce by blending chili, cumin, onion, garlic, salt and sugar. Cook them by adding it to the boiling water for only 20 minutes.
5.      After the sauce is ready, add the beef meat and refrigerate them for about 10 minute until they are ready
6.   Then, place corn husks on the plate pour some spoon of maze dough and make a spoon of beef meat with chili sauce. Make it into thin layer of maze.
7.      Fold the corn husks and punch it to close.
8.      Placed the tamales on the steamer and steam them in 2 hours
9.   After 2 hours soft and firm tamale is done. You can serve them in the plate together with remaining beef meat filling. Now, the recipe of tamales has been cooked and ready to be served.

First time I ate this food, I feel so surprised, since it was served with chili and onion that haven’t been cooked. After time, I knew that it was the characteristic of sate ayam.

Actually, sate ayam does not only come from Madura that was one of Indonesia country. There are many various sate in each region. But, most of the sate ayam seller comes from Madura. Therefore, people add “Madura” after the name of “sate ayam”. This kind of sate has a very special taste.
In general, sate is created from diced chicken, beef, pork, goat or mutton meat which is skewered and then grilled. It is served with complementary sauce including peanut sauce or ketchup sauce, lemon, condiment, onion, and cucumber. How to cook sate ayam Madura is quite easy to be practiced, so you should make it on your home as your dinner menu.

Sate Ayam Madura Recipe

Ingredients:
600 grams of boneless chicken (you can change by using other meat)
4 spoon of chicken oil
Ketchup
Bamboo skewers

Sate peanut sauce:

200 grams roasted peanuts and blend.
5 cloves of garlic
4 chili / pepper
5 shallots, cut in pieces
2 table spoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 spoon of oil
20 ml of water

Complement ingredients:

Sambal / Condiment
Cucumber
Shallot
Steamed rice or rice cake

Steps:
