Have you ever heard about traditional Belgian culinary which has been popular caused of its delicious taste? Yeah, that is Moules! Moules is one of popular food consumed by Belgian people. This food is actually called as traditional culinary since it has been produced for long time ago. In the country, there is certain time to serve this food.

Basically, moules is created from seashells and it is served together with crusty bread or fried potato. The seasoning is also quite low price. This food will be appropriate as your friend when you are doing your activity in your house. Let’s check about the specific recipe of this traditional Belgian culinary.

Ingredients:
1 clove of garlic
250 grams of mussels
2 chopped shallots
20 grams of butter
2 thyme, pick the leaves
Parsley
100 ml of white wine
Bread which is crusty

Steps:
1. The first step that you should do in cooking this traditional Belgian culinary is preparing the mussels. Rinse them by using cold water and leave them for about 2 hours. Make sure that you remove the dead mussels.
2. In the other place, you may prepare a large pan. Pour the white wine, and add with chopped shallots, thyme leaves, and garlic. Mix them well. The, you may heat them and cook until the heat comes into medium.
3. After that, you can add the mussels to the mixture and cook them for about 3 minutes until the mussels are opened.
4. When it’s already 3 minutes, you may add the butter and let the butter melt.
5. Finally, you can serve this delicious dish by adding with parsley. Enjoy the moules with crusty bread. Try to cook this traditional Belgian culinary at your home and you will enjoy it.
